There are no Customer Service techniques, only the ability to communicate professionally. People who communicate well have happy customers. Period.
I like to start with Customer Service and make sure that the customers who are paying your bills are getting the service that they deserve. I’ve spent years trying to perfect customer service and it’s no secret that keeping a customer happy and coming back is far less work and takes substantially less money than acquiring a new one.
But let’s back up a second. Ever bought anything? Of course you have. That means that you know what good customer service is. You’ve also been through a horrible experience. You’ll never forget, and never return. You also told 7 people about it.
Let’s figure out what you do right. Let’s do it again, even better.
Let’s figure out what you do wrong. Let’s learn from it and move on.
It sounds simple, but it’s a daily activity that requires dedication, passion and an ability to put aside all the problems of the day and focus on your client with a smile.
Do you have happy customers? I hope so. Let’s work with them.
